It is a cook book. All the recipes have been tested in my kitchen laboratory. I have attended workshops of the ace master chef Sanjeev Kapoor and the kitchen queen Shobha Indani in Kolkata and have learnt a lot from them directly. The book contains recipes from North India. The dishes are very famous and is known to almost all the citizens of India. There are few tips also and if you want more can contact me anytime. I would help them by all means.
